[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Budgeting & Sales (40%) - Set annual Sell-in / Sell-out budget and revise them quarterly based on sales trend - Set annual retail strategy and marketing/promotion plan to achieve the given target - Weekly and monthly sales analysis and prepare proper action for support if needed - Communication with regional and operators for sales issue - Bi-monthly sales meeting with counter manager to share information - Setting monthly sell-in budget with operators for monthly order - Building Relationship with buyers through regular calls and meetings.
O Communication with APAC & Report (15%) - Weekly and monthly sales report - Monthly/quarterly reports – Action plan report, sales report, store visit report - Monthly regional reports update
O People & Counter Management (20%) - Supervise BAs and Office staffs – close monitoring and coaching each individual staff - Recruit new staff and arrange rotation - Set salary and monthly incentive - Clear goal setting and annual people review to discuss performance and individual development plan - Monitoring the market trend, competitor activity and counter situation regularly through counter visit
O Leading of Marketing & VMD project (10%) - Supervise marketing specialist to execute marketing activities based on brand marketing calendar and guideline - Communicate between AP and operators for product price changes - Communicate with Architect from AP and local contractor on floor plans - Manage overall store open procedures to meet construction schedules/deadlines - Supervise merchandising guidelines to maintain consistency with brand guidelines - Managing stock & HC when store close
O Forecast & Pricing management (10%) - Review new launching forecasts with product specialist – Product, POSM - Review monthly order from each counter – product, tester, POSM - Monitoring and delivering current status of KDF Price trend and L¡¯Occitane TR price gap vs local price.
O Other responsibilities (5%) - Meeting schedule arrangement and meeting preparation - Set visiting agenda and prepare business review when have visitors from HQ
