  • - Drive operational excellence being accountable for efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day Back of House procedures and processes
  • - Guarantee proper organization and accessibility of merchandise in the FOH (sales floor) and the Back of House in accordance with directives and procedures
  • - Plan, undertake and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring loss prevention and inventory discrepancies.
  • - Collect all data needed to have a clear understanding of all operations policies and procedures such as ICS, Internal audit, in preparation to train colleagues and new hires.
  • - Collaborate the activities for new store opening or relocation, ensuring the coordination among the different actors involved


[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ] 

  •  - At least 7 years working experience in retail business
  •  - Pro-active, sense of responsibility for store operation
  •  - Positive attitude
  •   - Ability to learn and retain information quickly
  •  - Experience in retail operation
  •  - Fluency in English is essential (written and verbal)
