- - Guarantee proper organization and accessibility of merchandise in the FOH (sales floor) and the Back of House in accordance with directives and procedures
- - Plan, undertake and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring loss prevention and inventory discrepancies.
- - Collect all data needed to have a clear understanding of all operations policies and procedures such as ICS, Internal audit, in preparation to train colleagues and new hires.
- - Collaborate the activities for new store opening or relocation, ensuring the coordination among the different actors involved

- - At least 7 years working experience in retail business
- - Pro-active, sense of responsibility for store operation
- - Positive attitude
- - Ability to learn and retain information quickly
- - Experience in retail operation
- - Fluency in English is essential (written and verbal)
