- Manage the complex sales process of the products into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals
- Develop and execute short, mid, and long-term strategies to maximize system adoption in the assigned territory. This includes data analytics on customers¡¯ demands, trends, and field dynamics based on excellent market intelligence and system knowledge.
- Manage and lead multiple projects to maintain the pipeline health to achieve the quarter/annual business target

- Bachelor¡¯s degree or equivalent
- Approximately 10~12 years of commercial experience, minimum 5 years¡¯ solid sales experience in the healthcare or high-tech industries including but not limited to medical devices, clinical diagnostics, etc. will be a plus
- Highly committed, competitive, and goal-driven sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales goals, and creating dynamic team relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a metric-based process orientation
