Back Office Sales Support • Provide back-office & administrative support to all operations of the Boutique including aftersales (invoices, cash & CRM management, etc.) • Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) to prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, etc. • Use as well different tools such as M3, Salesforces etc. • Time management (AL & Attendance system) for productive team planning • Support the Boutique manager in all coordination and administrative tasks (e.g., sales forecasting, coverage, etc.) • Daily sales figures to be aligned with Finance & Retail team • Being main contact for Korea HQ coordination with internal teams
2. Stock management • Track, on daily basis, sales stock inventory levels and share with internal BTQ team • Assist to monthly stock inventory counting, aligned with M3 & Y2 data • Ensure that back office supplies available and disposal for BTQ team
