Your responsibilities
• Use graphic design skills and IKEA identity to create clear and consistent store communication.
• Apply knowledge of life at home and buying behavior to improve in-store and external communication.
• Strengthen IKEA identity by applying visual and verbal principles in communication.
• Contribute to the department action plan with initiatives that grow business and profitability.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate store communication to highlight IKEA Concept and range presentation.
• Develop and evaluate strategies that support a convenient shopping experience.
• Follow routines, collaborate with Com&In and other functions, and act on commercial opportunities.
• Ensure balance, quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability in communication solutions.
