[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Load Control Duties • Calculation and Planning of load distribution for the aircraft taking into consideration the rules and regulations as per GOM. • Cargo onload optimization in regard to aircraft volume and weight • Prepares flight relevant documents such as general declarations, permits for local customs authorities, etc. • Produces arrival and departure notifications • Briefs GHA about off- , on load as well as sequence of loading/unloading • Issuance of loadsheet and completion of Notoc • Dispatch of operational messages as well as other post flight activities • Maintains traffic reports • Coordination of station activities and suppliers
Ramp Agent Duties • Check of all ULD¡¯s (Unit Load Devices) for airworthiness to ensure a safe flight operation • Checks ramp area for cleanliness • Monitors the condition, the readiness , the amount of the equipment as well as the amount of necessary staff from the GHA required on the aircraft and reports any irregularities • Loads and unloads the aircraft as per loading instruction in accordance with the requirements of the GOM or supervises these functions • Coordinate and monitors the suppliers to ensure punctual performance • Secures load on aircraft (i.e. locks) and signs the loading instruction • Responsibility for aircraft and ramp safety • Assists the supervisor in ensuring that all defined service standards are understood and met by GHA (General Handling Agent) • Ensures that all work is carried out according to documented quality manual procedures, and promotes a preventative culture using the tools provided • Supports, cooperates and communicates with all colleagues, including crew and sales staff • Ensures that security and safety procedures are adhered to in accordance with set procedures • Establishes, maintains and evaluates statistical data
Supervision of GHA for cargo handling • Processes export and import Warehouse INQUIRES as per LCAG requirements and procedures such as: - Physical checks upon acceptance - Build-up of Unit Load Devices (ULD) incl. weighing and issuing of ULD-tag - Positioning of loose cargo - Loading/unloading of trucks, if applicable - Breakdown and check-in of freight - Delivery of (physical) shipments to customers - Transfer of freight to Interline partners • Handles Special Cargo • Performs physical Airmail Handling • Handles ULDs, loading equipment, and material • Conducts weekly ULD and equipment inventory control • Performs company vehicle and forklift driving duties • Performs customer service in the warehouse • Initiates tracing of missing/found cargo and handles other irregularities, such as offloads, damages • Conducts weekly and daily warehouse checks • Controls customs releases where applicable • Works according to documented CHM and GOM procedures • Observes and applies the security requirements of LCAG and local authorities • Adheres to handled carrier(s) requirements, where applicable • Ensures loss and damage prevention of cargo, mail, ULDs (unit load devices), and other equipments
