[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] General Operations - Liaise with Stores, Head Office, Central Logistics team, Product departments and logistic partners: 3PL, Custom Broker, local delivery company, bonded warehouse - Plan, coordinate and monitor the operations flow within Distribution Center Project & Budget management - Lead various global projects with successful execution of tasks on time and within budget - Guide on technical aspects and liaise with functional teams (IT, stores, e-commerce, Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Retail, and etc.) for problem solving Compliance & Regulation management - Plan, prepare, and manage annual stocktaking and regular cycle counting over the year with the objectives of keeping shrinkage as low as possible Security & Safety management - Ensure security and safety measures in the Distribution Center are in line with local regulations, requirements of our Insurance company and Group security policies Corporate Social Responsibility - Ensure Sustainable Development initiatives are implemented in the Distribution Center to reduce carbon footprint of our logistic activities
