ORDER / BUYING / MERCHANDISING - Order process / Selling campaign (participate seasonal collection buying 2 times a year in Paris) ; Make a selection and order list by request for DF stores and buying strategy ; Send order list with quantities by store to DF buyer during business trip (selling campaign) ; Get a confirmation for order from DF buyer ; Research competitors' brand for market trend and needs (competitor strategies, positioning charts, pricing analysis, product offer) - Manage defective product and inspection and prepare report 2. SHIPMENT / ERP - Manage shipment schedule - Input bulk order detail (style, quantity, amount) in system - Update shipment accumulation (delivery status) - Arrange stock replenishment - Arrange return old stocks from DFS ; Arrange return stock list by season ; Find BL & invoice number and highlight corresponded style, unit price & quantity 3. COMMUNICATION WITH BUYER - Manage shipment schedule - Share replenishment plan and get a extra budget - Manage shop to shop stock transfer to reach high sell-through and to encourage sales - Arrange store promotion (ex. Gift voucher, GWP, DM) 4. COMMUNICATION WITH STORE - Monitoring of sales and stock performance by store - Conduct store activities regarding sales and sell-through performance to ensure achievement of targets - Make and provide training materials for every season - Conduct product training to sales staffs to develop product knowledge - Arrange store manager meeting regularly - Store visits to provide assistance and feedback and increase performance - Manage new opening store & renovation ; Follow-up on delivery of merchandise for opening ; Proper product training and knowledge is provided to the sales staff ; Arrange opening promotion in store 5. REPORT / SALES ANALYSIS - Conduct monthly sales accumulation - Making a defective report to HQ - Update monthly sales versus previous year report to HQ - Analyze Monthly sell-out report to HQ - Analyze product moving per month by category, color, size, shop and evaluate collection - Frequently providing continues update according the store performances to HQ
