[ 담당업무 ]

1. - Oversee task planning and track progress across VM and Event/Store-related projects
2. - Guide and supervise the Event VM specialist to ensure flawless execution in boutiques and events
3. - Control and manage VM budget
4. - Support the planning and execution of institutional VM campaigns in line with Maison guidelines
5. - Ensure consistent rollout of VM tools and product zoning across boutiques and events.
6. - Drive transmission of the Maison’s heritage through boutique displays across all boutiques
7. - Lead VM execution for new boutique openings, including zoning, display tool orders, setup, and staff training
8. - Conduct monthly boutique visits to review display quality, perform touch-ups, and provide reporting

[ 자격조건 ]
- 7+ years of experience in VMD preferably in luxury jewelry/watch retail
- Fluent communication skills in Korean and English
- Passion for luxury aesthetics, client experience, and brand storytelling
