¢º Key Accountabilities & KPI (ÁÖ¿ä¾÷¹« ¹× KPI)
Creative Management: Work with external & internal partners to develop marketing campaigns and brand creative guidelines
Visual Direction: Provide constructive guidelines & feedbacks on every consumer touch points (Video/Image/Social/Experiential/Product/Package)
Campaign Strategy Development: Build a big idea/creative solution that can expand to 360 campaign
Disruptive idea generation: Present proactive ideas that can create an impact
¢º Qualifications (ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç)
Min. 5+ years and above in Experience in creative/advertising agency, ideally as an art director
Bachelor¡¯s degree or above, preferably in art/design related
Intriguing portfolio with very own ideas
Ability to apply logic on every creative
Strong rationale building skills on the creative solution
Powerful insight finding capability by unique point of view
Strict judgement on creative based on the ultimate objective
Understanding how to leverage & manage creative agencies
Wide interests in trends and various culture
Ability to create a structural presentation deck
Fluent proficiency in verbal and written English/Korean
