S&L Product Manager

▶ 담당 업무 Proactively engage with Support business functions in mobilizing and defining business driven IT solution opportunities against defined business objectives Responsible for demand planning in collaboration with the support functions, and establishing 1YP/3YP SAP Project management and tracking of new projects: - Define the scope, main objectives, technology, project timeline, budget & business benefits - Tracking the project status & investment according the scheduled program - Realization of business case impact after the finalization of the project Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for project members Assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements Managing business requirements in considering of resources; Managing the IT Project methodology and well-aligned with Techops team Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; Vendor management skills & relationship with SAP Channel partners Multi tasking skills to cover Supply & Logistics projects (If requires) Reporting the progress of the projects at regular intervals to the Tech Supply & Techops director ▶ 자격 요건 Experience in multinational company with a global/Zone IT Organization Experience with SAP, People, Procurement, Finance system 5~7 years of experience particularly in system design/development and related projects implementation Deep knowledge of SAP(ERP) system (MUST) Project Management knowledge including the ability to deliver high quality work on time and on budget Good command of written and spoken English and Korean (Japanese would be plus) Team-player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information systems from University or above preferred ▶채용 절차 접수 기간: 접수 받는 대로 심사하여 진행 (ASAP) 서류 심사 -> 실무 면접 -> 임원 면접 -> 채용 검진 -> 최종 합격 *채용 포지션 및 직책에 따라 상이 **서류전형 합격자에 한하여 개별적으로 면접 일정 안내
