  • - Financial Consolidation: Manage the financial results across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group reporting requirements.
  • - Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal reporting standards. Provide meaningful insights to senior management.
  • - Commercial Financial Management: Lead the finance leadership team with ad-hoc commercial tasks, including reviewing and assessing client performance, client chargeability, and agency performance. Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • - Month-End Process: Related to the month-end process, take responsibility by ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • - Balance Sheet Control: Follow up on balance sheet actions identified from monthly agency pack reviews, resolving reconciling items, improving reconciliation quality, and streamlining processes for better control and visibility.
  • - Process Improvement: Identify and report process efficiencies in financial reporting, consolidation, and system usage.

  • - Hands-on experience with SAP or similar financial planning and reporting tools
