  - Bioscience R&D Engineer 

2. Position Summary

R&D Engineer with expertise in filtration, membrane technology, or biopharmaceutical product development. Responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing filtration products and processes to meet industry standards and client requirements. This role requires strong experimental design skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines.

3. Essential Functions

- Development and improvement of filtration and membrane-based products.

- Design and execute experiments to evaluate product performance and process parameters.

- Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales.

- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to support product development.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.

- Support technology transfer activities.

- Stay updated with advancements in filtration and membrane technologies and integrate relevant innovations into product development

4. Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in filtration, membrane technology, or biopharmaceutical product development.

- Strong knowledge of filtration principles, membrane materials, and testing methodologies.

- Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation.

- Experience with CAD software and product design tools.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

- Experience with biopharmaceutical or medical device filtration products is highly desirable.
