[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] O Implement the strategic marketing plan and actions - Conceive the yearly strategic plan for each product line and around new product launches. - Take initiative to communicate with Regional office and to involve other department to set up effective and creative action plans. - Prepare yearly budget and sales construction of all product lines to maximize business impact.
O Animate each product category - Implement / coordinate the product strategy of Jewelry, Time pieces and High Jewelry. - Supervise each product manager activities on product animations and launches. - Follow the delivery timings and products dispatch throughout the network. - Communicate closely with the Regional office about new product launches and delivery. Ensure feedback with market needs and evolution in order to develop the most adapted product strategy.
O Operate product assortment for event and PR - Lead the 360-orchestration for launches and major activations through the year, collaborating with Communications, Retail & Operations Retail teams. Conduct pre-launch analysis, stock allocation and ensure the operational deployment to reach commercial objectives. Feed regional teams with qualitative input and market specificities and convey its potential regularly. Secure tactical stock for High end/exceptional pieces in all product lines, for specific action and timeline - Conceive and prepare fair product assortments recommendations together with Operation & Retail departments for the different communication activities (VM, Events, PR, Media) through the year.
O Conduct sales analysis and reporting - Develop efficient monthly reporting to Boutiques, local departments & Region in order to share information on market sales trends per product category and action results. - Conduct regular research on competitors¡¯ trend and activations. - Take initiative in the strategic plan building and propose further actions on products and activities for coming years.
O Team management - Share the vision, manage, coach and develop a team of 3 direct staff to deliver efficiently and work as a team with the right quality of deliverables - Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute and efficient with strong client centric and business mindset - Promote and encourage horizontal collaboration and communication with other teams and with boutiques - Manage day to day activity, set up define priorities, create synergies

Marketing and minimum 8-10 years proven experience in a
management position - Experience in High End
products or luxury retail will be a plus - Strong business acumen,
analytical skills and client centric mindset - Attentive to details,
well-organized and able to multi-tasks - Independent, open-minded,
problem solving and agile - A leading team player, able
to engage and motivate others - Microsoft Office Suites user
(advanced in Excel and PPT), BI SAP knowledge highly preferred - Fluent in both written and
spoken English and Korean is a must - Leverages qualitative and
quantitative data (financial, operations, sales, etc.) to ensure forecast
accuracy
