About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced retail team. The role covers majorly Department Stores channel, with some coverage across other retail channel including Travel Retail.
Main responsibilities include:
Drive Sales Performance
- Understand overall business plan and business priorities for Department Store Channel
- To deliver yearly quarterly, monthly business target
- Ensure to achieve sales target and profitability target for dedicated channel
Sales Data Management / Reports
- Daily sales report and weekly, Top23 store report sales report
- Department store promotion consolidation and distribution
- Weekly & monthly sales report to understand risks and opportunities
- GWP and SNA management
Premium Retail Execution
- Demonstrate a high level of retail execution to deliver premium experience to consumer
- Excel execution of any retail activation in offline channel to secure dyson position as a premium retail in Department store
- Make sure all stores are up to date for the key launches and promotions
- Support the store opening/renovation
- Asset management for the NPD & promotions for both department store & travel retail
Administrative support
- Various official documents, store support (ordering supplies and business cards), monthly store schedule
- Expert target incentive management
KPIs
- Quantitative: Sell out volume Target Achievement %/Store productivity/FTE productivity
- Qualitative: MSP Index / demonstrate excellence in-store execution and retail activation
About You
Skills and Experience
- 1-5 years of Retail Operations experience in Korea
- Understands retail in a holistic manner that drive efficiency, experience and sales performance
- Fluent in English and Native in Korean
- Computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
