Responsibilities
¡¤ Provide technical support for faculty, students, and staff using classroom equipment.
¡¤ Provide quick and efficient responses to help desk requests. Troubleshoot software and hardware.
¡¤ Assist faculty and staff with issues encountered. Document and resolve support tickets
¡¤ Serve as system administrator for multiple applications used throughout the organization.
¡¤ Prepare and install computing equipment for students, faculty and staff. Provide maintenance and
support for all university owned devices.
¡¤ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of work-study student technical assistants.
¡¤ Perform other duties as assigned.

Must
¡¤ Fluent communication and documentation skills in English and Korean
¡¤ Proficient with Linux operating systems; Windows and Mac
¡¤ Proficient with mobile technologies; Android, iOS
¡¤ Strong ethics, responsibility and reliability
¡¤ Outstanding problem-solving skills
¡¤ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
¡¤ Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical solutions in plain terms
¡¤ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain composure under stressful situations
