(Blending(윤활유) Operator, 외국계기업(부산))

• Lubricant blending activities
  • Support shift leader and back up in his absence
  • Conduct lubricant blending work according to blending supervisor and/or lube shift leader’s order to support business demand
  • Conduct lubricant blending work in accordance with work procedures and instructions
  • Ensure all activities comply with HSSE/Quality requirements, SGBP and other regulations fully
  • Maximize lubricant blending productivity by providing diligent labour
  • Minimize HSSE/Quality incident caused by human error
  • Comply with blending matrix to prevent cross-contamination among products blended in the same blending tank and to maximize blending tank utilization
  • Cooperation with other teams to maximize efficiency and to minimize confliction
    • Maintenance : to ensure best condition for lubricant blending facilities
    • Laboratory : to seek opportunities for Quality improvement and cost saving
  • Support blending supervisor to prepare for and take various internal and external audits, for example, LOBP OS/Facility Audit, HSSE, ISO, etc.
  • Manage blending facilities according to blending supervisor’s order and maintain facility check list
  • Actively participate in CI/Waste Buster activities
  • Conduct month end and quarterly stock count activities

REQUIREMENTS

- University or Vocational college
- Entry level (Major Chemical, Chemical engineering, Applied Science, Etc.) ~ working experience around for 5 years
- Work experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Atmospheric and/or environment-related certificate holders preferred
- Basic English skill (TOEIC LC/RC 600) preferred to communicate with stakeholders
- Performance, compliance driven and one team mindset to support company business
- Open-minded and open-communication behaviour
