Job Title: Ultrasound Business Leader Korea
Location: Seoul, Korea
Job Description:
As the Ultrasound Business Leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Philips' Ultrasound business in South Korea. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-first mindset to deliver impactful health technology solutions. You will lead a diverse team of modality specialists, clinical application experts, and channel partners, ensuring alignment with Philips' vision to improve the health and well-being of billions of people worldwide.
Your role:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical business plans tailored to the Ultrasound market.
- Define and deploy Go-To-Market strategies to achieve financial and customer objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities to refine commercial strategies.
2. Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing and diverse team, including modality sales specialists, clinical application specialists, and account managers.
- Drive succession planning, talent management, and career development initiatives.
3. Customer Focus:
- Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value (CX and CLV) through innovative solutions and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver meaningful health technology outcomes.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Manage performance metrics, accurate forecasting, and financial targets (e.g., Order Intake and Sales).
- Apply LEAN principles to enhance processes and improve customer retention and loyalty.
5. Collaboration and Synergy:
- Work across internal and external boundaries to maximize value for Philips through simple, effective solutions.
- Partner with district teams and other modalities to achieve synergy targets and deliver integrated solutions.
You're likely the right fit if you possess:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's OR 6 years with a Master's in areas such as Sales Strategy, Business Development, Healthcare, MedTech, or equivalent.
- Proven track record in commercial leadership within the South Korea or similar markets.
- Experience in the Radiology/Imaging domain or Ultrasound business preferred.
- Certifications: Certified LEAN Advanced (preferred).
