excellent communication and interpersonal skills - (Essential) Proven experience
in new product development and launch management using CMOs - Strong understanding of the
local regulatory landscape (e.g. MFDS) for new products registration and
approval - (Essential) Demonstrate
experience in managing sales partners, distributors, or third-party agencies in
the pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare industry - Excellent negotiation,
influencing, and communication skills for effective partner management - (Essential) Strong expertise
