[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Role Objectives The accountant will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely completion of monthly and annual closings. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Accounting
- Monitor outstanding customer balances, aging reports, and payment methods - Maintain accounts and issue monthly tax invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation. - Prepare open invoice overviews, analyze outstanding items, and propose action plans in consultation with the Finance Manager. Account payable accounting
- Perform vendor invoice processing, account reconciliations, general ledger entries, AP-related reporting, tax compliance, and internal control tasks, subject to Finance Manager review. - AP invoice and data entry. - Process employee expense reports via Concur. - Manage corporate cards. - Maintain vendor master data and handle registration processes. - Ensure systems and procedures comply with company policies and applicable regulations. - Collaborate with third-party service providers Cash Management
- Review and reconcile bank statements and cash flow records. - Prepare monthly cash flow plans and closing reports Intercompany Transactions
- Execute intercompany payments, invoicing, and reconciliations in accordance with company policy.
