´ã´ç¾÷¹« - - Serve customers by installing, maintaining / upgrading systems and increases customers¡¯ satisfaction level
- - Serve existing accounts by conducting tests before/after installation; receiving technical inquiry from users; prioritizing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; resolving problems
- - Provide technical support to users by identifying problems; researching and answering questions; troubleshooting technical problems; guiding users through corrective steps and repairing devices
- - Establish service by studying system requirements; ordering/managing components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests
- - Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting proved methods and techniques; recommending systems trade-in/upgrade to latest model
- - Provide service training to users on system maintenance and emphasize the importance of using authorized products
- - Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential Introduce/sell extended warranty program to users and provide regular preventive maintenance service
