[담당업무]

O Logistics
- Oversee transportation from plants to dealers/customers, including port, warehouse, and PDI operations.
- Plan delivery schedules based on importer’s PDI center stock, and coordinate vehicle dispatch.
- Manage and communicate with AS Dept. and external vendor for repair schedule and customer deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales Department on vehicle registration processes.

O Operations
- Plan and manage DTC(Delivery-To-Customer) to meet internal target.
- Generate and manage vehicle status report (Master file) to plan and sales forecasting.
- Maintain and update vehicle status in the internal sales system for DTC/AAK processing.
- Manage and improve PDI Process to maximize work efficiency.
- Support upgrades of the LASS system to enhance work efficiency.
- Review and coordinate vehicle invoices; prepare vehicle payment vouchers.
- Register new car stock in the internal sales systems.
- Communicate with Finance Dept. regarding sales data and operational matters.

O Demand Forecasting
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and input from sales teams to generate short- and long-term forecasts.
- Translate forecasts into production, inventory, logistics, and budget plans.
- Develop annual and quarterly budget projections aligned with sales forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, sales performance, and budget adherence to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Provide variance analysis and recommendations to management for corrective actions.

O Reporting & Performance Management
- Generate and distribute logistics reports to support management decisions.
- Prepare monthly rolling DTC forecast reports.
- Provide monthly closing reports to the Finance Department.
- Deliver sales commission data to the HR Department to support payroll and incentive processes.

경력: 경력 5년↑
학력: 대졸
직무기술: LOGISTICS, Logistics & Operations

-5+ years of experience in automotive logistics or supply chain management

- Experience in vehicle logistics management or automotive sales operations preferred.

- Strong skills in demand forecasting and inventory planning.

- Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English for internal and external coordination.

- Proven ability to manage logistics operations and KPIs.

- Familiarity with automotive ordering systems and salesforce platforms is a plus.

- Proficiency in English / Advanced level of MS Office
