& IT. We have the ambition to identify and execute on new digital
initiatives in tight collaboration with business areas across the Volvo Group,
modernize and transform existing solutions and products through securing agile
ways of working across the Volvo Group, As a Digital Product Owner professional in Volvo Construction Equipment ThingWorx,
you transform the product roadmap into a tangible backlog of team deliverables.
You ensure that all activities are aligned with digital product vision,
business priorities, and Volvo Group¡¯s overall digital strategy. The work is performed in close
collaboration with our Stakeholders at different sites mostly in Volvo CE, the
Digital Product Manager (DPM), the Digital Product Area Owner (DPAO) and the
Stable team. As DPO, Your mission is to
understand the Product¡¯s roadmap and how we contribute to it. Your focus is to
handle stakeholder requests, to make sure the requests are transferred to the
team backlog, prioritized according to One Rhythm or PI, and delivered by the
stable team according to the agreements and KPI¡¯s as Quality, time, and cost.
- Product Backlog Ownership: Manage and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum value. Ensure visibility and clarity of backlog items for all stakeholders. - Clarify Purpose: Clearly communicate the team¡¯s purpose and link it to the broader business and digital product strategy. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, purchase department and other product owners to manage dependencies and deliver quality outcomes. - Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure SLAs are defined, tracked, and fulfilled end-to-end. Maintain KPI¢¥s. - Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of digital products, ensuring support and continuous improvement. - Feedback Loops: Collect and use feedback from users, stakeholders, and the team to drive continuous improvement. - Roadmap Contribution: Actively contribute to product roadmap planning and capacity alignment discussions.
