Job Description

-Configure and support Our software applications in close collaboration with customer engineering and our engineering, MKT teams.
-Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
-Troubleshoot problems and determine remedial actions required to resolve them.
-Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements and bug fixes clearly to Division engineering, and strive to deliver high qualify solutions to customer on time.
-Understand customer's production workflow for Our solutions to provide maximum value to customers.
-Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

-BS or above degrees in Engineering / Electronics / Physics or SEMI related.
-BS with at least 5~15 years / MS degree preferred
 ( Lithography process engineer ) 
-A strong understanding of defect detection, Metrology, Yield management.
