1. Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage YOOBIC communication platform, ensuring consistent and effective use across
stores. Develop, implement, and maintain clear communication channels, protocols, and
documentation
• Create, distribute, and manage store operations updates, policies, process changes, and
emergency communications. Ensure messages are timely, accurate, and effectively
delivered across the organization
• Partner with corporate functions and departments to align messaging, validate accuracy,
and ensure consistency in store operations communications
• Update and maintain store operations manuals, guidelines, and reference materials to
support operational excellence
• Track, analyze, and follow up on communication effectiveness to drive continuous
improvement in message delivery and store engagement

2. CNSCNX CSR Operation (Customer Support Center)
• Oversee CNX agent performance and manage associated costs, including invoice review
and approval
• Support communications related to CSR systems and CNX data, while coordinating and
delivering training to ensure alignment and compliance
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), system
workflows, OMS processes, and Confluence documentation to drive operational
efficiency

3. Project Support
• Support project implementation and other KPI initiatives through documentation and
follow-up
• Manage assigned projects to support overall Retail Operational Functionality

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç]

• 2-4 years in Project Management, Retail/Store Operations and/or Communication 

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution and follow up skills 

• Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal, facilitation) and the ability to interact 

with all levels of management 

• Proven ability to effectively write and edit various types of communications 

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism 

• Able to work fast and make decisions on the fly and gather resources for any type of project 

• Strong analytical, conceptual and technical skills; ability to understand systems and 

reporting 

• Ability to navigate several different systems and varying levels of technology 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple 

demands and competing priorities successfully 

• Must have a strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work independently and 

make effective well thought out recommendations 

• Identify opportunities within the business that could be improved through communications 

bring both creative and practical ideas to the table 

• Regularly measure the effectiveness of the team¡¯s communication channels to ensure we¡¯re 

maximizing our resources 

• Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, creative and time sensitive when faced with multiple 

demands and challenging deadlines 

• Proven ability to create effective partnerships with both retail field and corporate partners 

• Exceptional experience in building credibility across business partners 

• Previous In- store Retail Work or Corporate Store Operations a plus 

• Ability to manage end-to-end projects 

• Must be able to work various hours depending on project scope and needs 

• Excellent Excel skills; Strong Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Adobe Suite, In- Design
