- Lead and coordinate cross-border knowledge-sharing initiatives, including peer-to-peer programs, digital sessions, and site visits
- Design and deliver structured, scalable educational programs aligned with corporate strategy and local needs
- Collaborate with global marketing, regional sales, and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement
- Assist in organizing workshops and observation programs to strengthen knowledge-sharing and professional training
- Track KPIs and ROI of programs, prepare evaluation reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with global and local standards in partnership with Legal and Compliance teams

[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
- Bachelor¡¯s degree in related field
- 4+ years of experience in program management, professional education, or healthcare marketing (medical device experience preferred)
- Proven track record in commercials of healthcare industry with a good understanding of healthcare/HCP compliance
- Good communication skills in English
