Job Description Summary
Experienced design leader with 15+ years in beauty and
household packaging. Combines creative excellence with production knowledge.
Supports design projects for U.S. and Asian teams, delivering brand-aligned,
market-relevant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
·
Oversees package design for beauty and
household products from concept to production
·
Develops creative solutions aligned with
brand identity and market trends
·
Ensures high-quality and feasible designs
based on a solid understanding of production processes
·
Works closely with the U.S. headquarters
and Asian entities to support local and global design needs
·
Collaborates with internal teams and
external partners to deliver impactful design
·
Provides direction and mentorship to design
team members
Qualifications
·
Over 15 years of experience in package
design for beauty and household products
·
Background in both creative agencies and
in-house design teams at major companies
·
Strong design sense and a portfolio showing
aesthetic excellence and market relevance
·
Hands-on design ability and deep
understanding of execution
·
Knowledge of production and materials used
in packaging
·
Good communication skills and the ability
to work with global teams
Preferred
·
Basic English communication skills are
preferred
·
Experience working with international
brands
·
Ability to lead or contribute to design
reviews and presentations
·
Interest in innovation, sustainability, and
storytelling in design
