MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently deliver exceptional sales results plan to maximize the growth and profitability of the business objectives
- Develop and supervise implementation action plans for all sales teams to respond to changing market conditions
- Lead, control and direct sales team to assure sales targets are achieved through motivation, training and coaching
- People Management of DF store team employees, hiring, managing, motivating employees
- Partnership in channel sales and extend values to market
- Assures compliance of all policies, procedures and practices of the company
- Merchandise Planning & Purchasing for DF stores : Forecast, determine mix/assortment for seasonal buying, key item, trend report, EOSS review,
- Manage merchandise operation for DF stores: distribution, manage local requirement
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3-5 years leadership experience in a client centric role within customer facing environments
- Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of luxury clients across multi-channel and multimodal (telephone, live chat, web and email) contact environment
- Strong retail fashion/luxury background
- Deep knowledge of omni-channel solutions in a retail environment, combined with the ability to handle complex business situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate large teams within a very demanding environment
- Team player and able to build good professional cross-functional relationships with peers and team management in multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English and mastery of another language would be a plus
