[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] - Develop and deliver in corporate programs in people development and organizational culture. - Design, develop and execute training programs to enhance staff¡¯s knowledge and skills in selling, customer service, communication and leadership. - Coordinate and deliver other corporate and retail initiation such as Town-hall meeting, awards ceremony, retail conference and store on-site coaching. - Translate materials for developing contents of both corporate and retail programs. - Work with retail team to review, amend and enhance training programs and delivery. - Coordinate and communicate with international team¡¯s trainers to ensure global alignment of training strategies and priorities. - Support company events and employee engagement activities including ESG initiatives - Manage the organization¡¯s Learning Management System and training budget
