Position Title: Korea IT Ecom Systems Operations Support (Contractor)
Location: Seoul, KR
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide system and operational process support for ecom backend systems
- Serve as IT point of contact for Korea business teams (ecom, logistics, product, finance) as well as 3rd party vendor teams (warehouse operations, customer service) who use Coach Korea ecom backend systems
- Systems in scope include OMS (order management system), SOM (OMS module used for warehouse team to pick/pack/ship ecom orders), Call Center Module (used by customer service team to check ecom order and customer details)
- Understand overall ecom system architecture and integrations
- Understand how the core ecom systems integrate with downstream systems like SAP (ERP system for inventory, order processing), WMS (warehouse system), and CRM (for customer data integration)
- Coordinate with other IT teams and system vendor teams for issue resolution
- Communicate with business on issue resolution status
- Bridge the communication between local business/vendors and Tapestry IT teams in Asia and US to facilitate discussions and awareness of issues in productive, efficient manner
Education/Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Ecom web applications and overall Ecom platform architecture for front and backend
- Previous experience in supporting ecom systems
- Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues. Effective problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Proactive communicator, good at seeking/gaining alignment across functions
- Previous experience working in global environment where teams are spread across multiple locations and time zones
- Native/Fluency in Korean, Business level English
- Adaptable and flexible person
