3. 담당업무
- Audit and guide suppliers to meet automotive quality and purchasing standards
- Evaluate supplier quality from pre-development to nomination stages
- Map and analyze the battery supply chain (raw materials to high-voltage battery systems)
- Manage quality issues during industrialization and series production
- Lead Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and assess project quality gates
- Support supplier pre-selection, market screenings, and RFI/RFQ processes
- Report supplier quality and commercial performance to stakeholders

4. 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in OEM or Tier-1 supplier quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949; VDA 6.3 knowledge required (auditor certification preferred)
- Commercial acumen with negotiation and RFQ experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Technical expertise in high-voltage battery/electronics and strong analytical skills
- Leadership and ability to engage with supplier management
