[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] °æ·Â: °æ·Â 8~15³â ÇзÂ: ´ëÁ¹ Á÷¹«±â¼ú: Business Development, Sales Manager • Bachelor¡¯s Degree or above • More than 8 years¡¯ experience in technical sales, marketing, or business development, prefer to be familiar with Paper and Packaging industry. • F&B or Industrial packaging Sales/MKT experience is highly preferred • Customer-focused and results-oriented with a demonstrable track record in generating new sales and acquiring new customers with limited direction or supervision. • Can drive the improvements in productivity, operational excellences, customer satisfaction and reliability. • Can continuously develop the company culture based on corporate values. • Strong business acumen, financial acumen, and analytical skills. • Great interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. • Good team player. Experience and appreciation of working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment. • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. • Able to travel frequently.
