- 화학물질 규제 대응 및 시스템 관리

본 포지션은 화학물질 및 제품관리(Product Stewardship) 관련 전반을 총괄하며, 법규 준수, 제품 등록, 수입 통관, SDS/GHS 관리 등 EHS 환경기반 제품안전관리 체계 구축 및 운영을 담당합니다.

[주요 업무]
• 유해화학물질 및 제품관리 전반의 법규 준수 및 시스템 관리
• K-OHSA(산업안전보건법) 기준에 따른 SDS(물질안전보건자료) 및 GHS 분류/표시 관리 (SAP 기반)
• 화학물질 수입/통관 프로세스 개선 및 문서 절차 관리
• 살생물제(Biocides) 및 생활화학제품 규제 대응
• 리스크 평가 및 내부 감사 주도, 정부기관 보고 대응
• EHS 및 화학물질 관련 국내외 규제 변화 모니터링
• 글로벌 본사 및 관계사와의 커뮤니케이션

1. Oversee Hazardous Chemicals Management program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
2. Manage and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Globally Harmonized System (GHS) classifications using SAP, in accordance with Korean Occupational Health and Safety Act (K-OHSA) requirements.
3. Develop, implement, and optimize import/custom processes for chemical substances, including system enhancements and documentation procedures.
4. Establish and maintain effective communication channels between internal departments and external agencies to streamline the import/custom procedures for chemical substances.
5. Oversee the management of Biocides and Household Chemical Products, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
6. Coordinate and address internal stakeholders' requirements related to Hazardous Chemicals, providing expert guidance and support as needed.
7. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits of chemical handling processes to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
8. Monitor and interpret changes in local and international environmental, health, and safety regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and implement necessary adjustments.
9. Manage and maintain chemical inventory systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of hazardous materials throughout their lifecycle.
10. Prepare and submit regulatory reports to appropriate government agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all submissions.
11. Participate in industry associations and working groups to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in product stewardship and EHS management.
12. Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and audits related to chemical management and product stewardship.

경력: 경력 5~9년
학력: 대졸
직무기술: 화학물질, 화평법, 환경안전보건, 정규, KOSHA, sds, ghs, 제품안전, 규제대응
기타:
• 관련 경력 7년 이상
[화학물질 관련 제품관리(Product Stewardship)]
- 화학물질 규제 대응 및 시스템 관리
• 글로벌 기업 근무 경험자 우대
• 학사 이상 학위(화학 전공자 우대)
• 영어 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션 능력 필수
• SAP 및 문서관리 시스템 사용 경험 우대
• 디자인/포토샵 활용 가능자 우대
• 커뮤니케이션, 조직관리, 대인관계 역량 필수

To be successful in the role:

- More than 7 years of related experience
- You are a professional who brings up experience in an international company.
- You graduated from a reputable university with a bachelor at minimum.
(Chemical background would be preferred)
- You have excellent English skills and a business conversation from Korean to English.
- You have good computer skills. Design and photoshop skills would be a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
