Associate App Content & Release Manager

[담당업무]

 1.Content Release

o Builds all content in Core (BB CMS)
o Publish app content
o Validation of app content
o Creates new personalization segments in core
o UAT validations for CMS enhancements
o Creates the jira for the app content associate to build the site content
o Mobile Alt URL Maintenance
o Manages Promo group set up for App
o UAT for app promo set up
2. Content Management
o Overall App content strategy
▪ Briefs in unique app content to APAC Content Ops team
• App Store Page Job Title: Associate App Content & Release Manager Hiring Manager: Senior Digital Flagship Store Manager Department: Digital Commerce Employee Types: Regular No of direct report: 0 Country – City: Korea - Seoul Job Profile: Ecom, Digital Management Level: Associate Manager
• App store custom product pages
• In app events (app store)
• Exclusive app content – early access etc)
▪ Site content plan strategy for the app (collaboration w/ APAC SSC) // manages communication & coordination with larger site content planning.
▪ App Content UAT
▪ Coordinates with App Marketing Managing briefs (segmentations, location, app incremental assets needs – background, cover cards)
▪ Defines category attribution to each segment
3. Creating Promotion / Customer group set up + Testing
4. Data feed management and data troubleshoot
5. Backend App specific attribute management
6. Project Manage & UAT (Content/CX/UX/Site merch Tools)
7. Site visual merchandising execution

 

[자격요건]

- 4~7years of relavant experience
- University Bachelor’s degree Functional Knowledge:
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
- Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience with vendor/external agency management
- Understands creative development and digital project processes
- Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various project
- Expertise in Korea Digital market landscape & ecosystem
- Knowledge with China, Japan, HMT, and Asia Ecommerce market is a huge plus
- Computer & System knowledge: Figma, Jira, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Creative Suite, Content Management Systems (CMS)
