- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on all matters related to Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management

- Proactively identify and address employee concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace culture

- Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions when necessary, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations

- Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant

- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for attracting top talent

- Support the Compensation & Benefits team with salary benchmarking, annual salary review process, and incentive plans

- Identify training needs and partner with relevant teams to deliver effective learning programs

- Support career development initiatives, including talent review, succession planning, and individual development plans


[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
- 10+ years of HR experience (luxury retail or FMCG industry preferred)
- Bachelor¡¯s degree or higher in in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred 
- Fluent skill in Korean and English
- Enthusiasm for fashion and supporting employee development
- Comprehensive understanding and experience across core HR areas
