【 담당업무 】

- Support and monitoring the negotiations related to all of the retail projects where internal boutiques operating in Korea
- Coordinate and align with leasing regional team to define the best strategies
- Responsible and be able to engage earlier conversation to secure best locations
- Managing lease contract for BOS and all boutique opening/relocation/expansion/renewal along with legal related review
- Coordinate to assist in market research/mapping and analysis for new Maison launching
- Communicate closely with the Landlords to maintain strong relationship for negotiation and being a partner of choice

【 지원자격 】

- 10+ years of experience (department store industry preferred)
- Good communication skills with internal and external business partners 
- Positive energy, with a “can-do” attitude
- Fluent in English
