- Establish and implement security concepts for retail stores, distribution, and technical centers in line with Group Security Directives, including risk assessment and mitigation measures.
- Conduct annual boutique security reviews, update local procedures, and ensure compliance through access control and incident reporting.
- Manage external security partners, including alarm and CCTV maintenance, cost optimization, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Handle incident management, including reporting, investigation, coordination with authorities, and preventive actions.
- Organize and deliver security training programs, audits, and compliance reviews to strengthen overall security awareness.
- Perform gap analysis with Group directives and implement necessary improvements.



¡¼ Áö¿øÀÚ°Ý ¡½

- 10+ years of Security experience (physical security preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Health Safety & Security competence
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skill
- Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving and organisational skills
