Sr. Client Development Manager

  1. - Analyze client data and build deep knowledge of the local client portfolio to identify growth and loyalty opportunities.
  2. - Develop and implement client activation and clienteling strategies tailored to local needs, ensuring alignment with Maison objectives.
  3. - Support boutiques and sales teams in executing client programs, tools, and KPIs, while coaching them on client relationship best practices.
  4. - Oversee client gifting, events, and in-boutique experience to maintain Maison quality and enhance client satisfaction.
  5. - Collaborate with Retail, Communication, and Regional teams to coordinate client initiatives, feedback, and improvement actions.
  6. - Monitor client satisfaction ensuring follow-up and continuous improvement.


[ ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç ]
- 15+ years of CRM/ Marketing/Retail experience experience (luxury retail or FMCG industry preferred)
- Fluent in both Korean & English
- Strong analysis skill &  strategical thinking
- Exceptional attention to detail in managing client experiences and events
