As an HR Partner, proactively identify and deliver necessary operational tasks in a timely manner to support business growth and daily operations.
¢Ã Responsibility 1. Compensation & Benefit - Supervise overall payroll process & payroll vendor management - Lead market survey participation (C&B), and data analysis, job analysis & evaluation - Lead HR budgeting on direct/indirect labor cost - Participate internal/external audit as HR 2. Talent Acquisition - Lead recruiting process as internal recruiter (Intake meeting, sourcing and screening, arranging interviews, selection process, contract and etc.) 3. Talent Management & Development - Lead Performance cycle including training and communicating employees & managers, calibration meetings, etc - Support designing training offers and lead implementation
O Employee Relations/Internal Communication - Implement & enhance company events, committees, and communication Support CBA & Salary negotiation O HRIS handling and data management - Regularly review and update HR policy and process

especially Excel & Power point 5. Basic knowledge of HR
