Position Summary:
The Country Distribution Analyst role encompasses all aspects of distribution business operations from data analysis and performance tracking to strategic planning and execution. He or she has the duty to assist in effectively executing distributor value program that contributes to channel partner growth. By leveraging data-driven insights and market trends, the Country Distribution Analyst will ensure that distribution channels effectively engage customers and maximize sales opportunities, ultimately contributing to the overall growth of distribution.

Responsibilities:
•Support the distribution revenue growth for developing business plans for all distributors, working
closely with external and internal stakeholders.
•Stay regularly informed about the competitive situation, the evolution of the business trends, of
the various distribution channels and their markets and make a report
•Monitor and analyze the Distributors¡¯ CRM pipeline and take the lead to develop strategies for distribution growth.
•Assist in preparing and compiling data for reports and presentations.
•Work effectively with sales, country marketing, and division marketing to grow sales on a consistent basis.
•Establish the Parker Korea distribution development plan,and explore, exploit, develop and motivate qualified distributors through effective communication and market activities.
•Drive and modify Parker Distribution policy together with Distribution manager and Sales Manager. •Plan, forecast, manage and evaluate distribution performance and improve communication and cooperation between different stakeholders and ensure an effective network.
•Coordinate the training and/or event for continuous distributors¡¯ competence improvements.

Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree (BS) - preferably in Business, Mechanical Engineering or related field
•No less than 3 years of experience in sales (preferably distribution sales) or marketing
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Demonstrate a successful track record of growing sales
•Experienced in successful relationship building with key distributors and customer contacts
•An understanding of motion and control technologies is a plus
•Highly proficient in Excel and Power Points
•Hands-on person with strategic-thinking skills
•Detail-oriented and data analytical skills
•Fluent in written and spoken English.
