1. Develop Strategic Initiatives for National Brands (Cass & Hanmac)
• Drive portfolio strategies for national brands
• Define and manage brand identity and architecture
• Assess brand performance to identify gaps and opportunities for strengthening and optimization
• Develop annual brand plans, including defining key ¡°Jobs to Be Done¡±
• Monitorbrand KPIs and establish strategies to achieve them
• Prepare key reports and presentations for marketing, regional, and global teams
• Participate in innovation projects (new products) to explore new business opportunities
2. Provide Direction and Guidance to Brand Managers
• Identify key insights and develop action plans based on consumer research and market trends
• Offer strategic advice grounded in consumer insights and business analysis
• Oversee consumer research processes in collaboration with the insights team
