Product & Assortment Management
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle across all digital platforms
- Develop and differentiate product assortment strategies tailored to each platform
- Monitor SKU-level sell-through and adjust assortment as needed to optimize performance
Inventory & Buying Operations
- Ensure timely inventory replenishment and proactively manage daily inventory risks
- Participate in QR and seasonal buying processes to secure relevant and competitive inventory for digital channels
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Retail teams to align product availability with sales plans
Digital Trend Sensing & Opportunity Exploration
- Track digital fashion and e-commerce trends to identify new opportunities for product launches and campaign development
- Propose new assortments or styling sets in line with customer demand and online market trends
Digital Asset & PDP Management
- Create and manage product-related digital assets, including images and copy
- Build and regularly update Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across all shopping platforms, including the Digital Flagship
- Ensure consistency in tone, imagery, and product storytelling across platforms
Sales Analysis & Cross-functional Feedback
- Conduct product-level sales analysis and share key insights with relevant teams
- Make data-driven recommendations to enhance sell-through rates and overall merchandising efficiency

3–7 years of experience in e-commerce or product operations
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and respond quickly to trends
In-depth understanding of digital shopping platforms and product page structures
Knowledge of inventory planning and seasonal buying cycles
Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce back-office systems
Strong interest in digital fashion trends and customer behavior
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in written English for business communication (spoken fluency not required)
