Assistant Manager, Data & Analytics, Finance Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: This role supports the Manager Data & Analytics in implementing tools and strategies to translate data into valuable business insights across specific areas within the South Korea organization (being omnichannel sell-through, retail, franchise/wholesale, demand planning and inventory¡¦). Key Responsibilities: Data & Analytics Support data enablement (ex. Automation, Pipeline), engineering, KSR Contribute to continuous development of analytical and data solutions which are aligned to global frameworks and with a dedicated focus on South Korea business requirement Identify trends and insights for business growth across omnichannel sell-through, retail, franchise/wholesale, demand planning and inventory reporting Implementation of KPI harmonization across the organization Ensure verification of correctness and completeness of data models, data relationships, mappings and definitions Consulting Takes responsibility for understanding stakeholders¡¯ requirements, data collection, delivering analysis and problem resolution Identifies, evaluates, and recommends options, implementing if required Seeks to fully address stakeholders needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of stakeholders personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited Reporting Define new processes and data solutions that will enable stakeholders to have one stop shop when it comes to reporting Help distill best practice guidance from other markets and other adidas stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities within South Korea. Take ownership of business intelligence by providing self-service reporting solutions to other teams as well as creating awareness of the state of the business by highlighting key focus areas to senior management. Innovation Build a strong internal and external network and contribute to the growth and development of the South Korea Analytics community Investigates operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization. Assists in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations Key Relationships: South Korea Business functions (Retail, e-com, Franchise/Wholesale, Finance, Brand and Demand Planning) Data & Analytics | EM, JP, KR team Global Data & Analytics Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : MS Office (Excel; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint) Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI or other BI tools) SQL knowledge is required Strong analytical, logical and process thinking Strong communication & influencing skills will be a plus Strong business sense and ability to identify the business needs and opportunities will be a plus Ability to excel in a team-oriented work environment Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor¡¯s Degree Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience (internship experience will be considered) Proficiency in dashboard reporting, standard reporting, report optimization will a plus Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in KR/EN Understanding of the business domain and the interaction of business processes with data entities/elements AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
