• Position Title: Facility Assistant[
• Reporting to: BOS Assistant Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
This role is part of the Buildings & Office Services team, which oversees all operational maintenance aspects of office environment and supports BOS Assistant managers with project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for the maintenance of Office environment.
 Proactively communicate with vendors and team members to ensure effective collaboration and workflow
 Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and soft services to create a pleasant work environment.
 Manage work orders to ensure all requests for facility maintenance are completed on time.
 Manage vendors to optimize service quality and cost-effectiveness
 Support team manager for office project(Restack, Environmental change, Expansion)
 Support hospitality work with BOS Administrator and Receptionists.
 Manage and work with cleaning lady¡¯s vendor
