This position will be responsible for sales and store management of department stores. This includes communicating with store managers, improving the overall store environment, finding opportunities to maximize sales. And He (She) will collaborate with landlords to strengthen the department store business. The role also extends to analyzing sales and inventory, hiring new store managers and training staff.

[KEY REPONSIBILITIES]
- Management store in Department store and Initiative plan to increase sales.
- Analyze sales figures and Forecasting sales weekly and monthly base.
- Motivate store manager and hiring new store manager
- Retail Activities & Operation including store inventory.
- Store operation support and maintain best condition of store according to guide
- Negotiate with landlords for improving store environment and maximizing sales.
- Monitoring competitor¡¯s promotion & sales trend including product
- Support to set up business plans for new and existing projects.

- High OA (Excel, PPT) skill and English are preferred.
