[담당업무]

- Direct the regular financial processes for the operation, including monthly close, rolling forecast and annual budget, including reporting and analysis of results.
- Analyze balance sheet to ensure significant variances are identified and reconciled / explained to enable the integrity of all balance sheet account balance.
- Business partnering with various business leaders to develop business & financial strategies and work as a key management team member for strategy executions.
- Build finance models and business cases to support business decision- making, e.g. capital investments.
- Ensures adequate finance bench strength in place to meet current and future business needs. Provide useful information and recommendations for the operations for decision making.
- Ensure process improvements and tactics to improve the daily finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with Local GAAP and US GAAP. Liaison and report with all government regulatory fiscal and administrative authorities to ensure the company complies with all local laws and regulations.
- Review and refine internal control systems and procedures to ensure robust control being in line with company requirements.
- Oversee both internal and external audit and follow up with any action items.
- Manage the company treasury and tax functions.
- Manage and develop the finance team members to ensure continuous improvement of finance team performance.
- Other ad hoc assignments from the management

[Education/Experience Required]
- BS degree or above, majoring in Finance & Accounting.
- Qualified accountant
- Minimum 10 years of multinational company financial management experience.

[Knowledge/Skill Required]
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, practices, and applications, both Korea and US GAAP.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of cost accounting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Highly proficient with ERP systems.
- Skill in analyzing and evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports.
- Self-motivated, high energy, hands on, willing to take challenges and learn, quicker learner and determined to succeed.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
- Pro-active approach.
- Skills to successfully manage a small team.
