 Build short-mid-term channel strategy in line with
company's strategic business direction.  ¡¤       
 Conduct a dealer
selection process and assessment of 1S / 2S dealers and 3S branches.  ¡¤       
 Co-ordinate with other stakeholders to improve
dealer competence development program based on DOS, DSOMG and relevant KPI
guidelines.  ¡¤       
 Support KSS¡¯s existing channels for their
operational excellence focusing on profitability and efficiency.  ¡¤       
 Dealer management & development:  -      
 Drive and support 1S / 2S dealers in the usage
of all KSS management tools.  -      
 Train, audit, and manage localized Dealer
Operating Standards for 2S dealers and KSS.  -      
 Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues.  ¡¤       
 Co-ordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS),
Dealer Satisfaction Survey. (COSS) with respective research companies and
manage them. ¡¤
