            	 [´ã´ç¾÷¹«] Position Overview We are seeking a strategic, energetic and ethical Marketing Manager to lead the Korea Marketing Team and support Asia Export initiatives. This role oversees the full marketing scope for both CONMED Orthopedic and Surgical product portfolios, driving market growth, brand positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, deep market insight, excellent English communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Korea¡¯s medical device regulations and compliance standards.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement localized marketing strategies for CONMED Orthopedic and General surgery portfolios. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. - Lead product positioning, messaging, and campaign execution tailored to the Korean market.
  2. Team Leadership & Development - Manage and mentor a team of 4 marketing professionals (2 PMs, 2 Medical Education Specialists). - Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. - Align team goals with regional and global business objectives.
  3. Asia Export Marketing Support - Provide strategic marketing insights and materials to support Asia Export markets. - Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to localize and execute campaigns. - Coordinate with partners across Asia for project alignment and communication.
  4. Digital & Content Marketing - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to healthcare professionals (HCPs), including surgeons, physicians, and hospital stakeholders. - Create educational and clinically relevant content such as case study videos, webinars, product usage guides, and peer-to-peer learning materials. - Ensure all digital content and campaigns comply with Korean medical device advertising regulations and internal compliance protocols. - Utilize CRM platforms, email marketing, and professional portals to engage HCPs with targeted, value-driven communication. - Collaborate with KOLs and internal medical teams to produce credible and scientifically accurate digital assets. - Work closely with global marketing teams to localize digital campaigns and ensure consistency across regions.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals. - Organize and execute educational events, workshops, and congress participation. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing effectiveness.
  6. Compliance & Ethical standards  - Ensure full compliance with Korean medical device laws and regulations, including promotional review, reporting of economic benefits, and advertising guidelines. - Adhere to KMDIA and Ministry of Health & Welfare compliance frameworks. - Maintain high ethical standards and transparency in all marketing and promotional activities. - Manage documentation and reporting related to compliance and stakeholder interactions.
  7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Define KPIs and analyze campaign performance and ROI. - Prepare regular reports for internal and regional stakeholders. - Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation efficiently.

  Preferred Attributes - Experience in both Orthopedic and Surgical product marketing. - Exposure to Asia Export markets or regional/global marketing roles. - Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, Smartsheet. - Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking. - Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
