Efficiently manage the online marketing budget and track ROI based on granular metrics for agile reallocation aligned with performance. Collaborate with digital channel owners to drive channel excellence and growth, and take the lead in executing live commerce campaigns. Lead and coach the marketing team, while establishing seamless and organic collaboration structures with Sales and Brand teams. Embed a data-driven decision-making culture, monitoring core KPIs for investment optimization, and exploring opportunities to introduce new marketing technologies.
