[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] General Administration: • Purchase and supply of consumables and office supplies in the office • Travel arrangement for staff business-related trips both domestic and international (flights, hotels, visas) • Manage office operations including vendor liaison, internal guest reception and maintenance, corporate vehicles requests • Raising procurement (PR, PO, GR), invoices and expenses request with ERP system • Coordinate with external agencies and responsible for supplier creation & follow-up • Support office-related administration including handling incoming and outcoming mails and documents • Office premises access control and access card maintenance (security, inventory, issuance, etc.) • Conference room coordination • Prepare and distribute monthly and ad-hoc reports • Assist with ad-hoc duties within the general affairs domain including overall office and building maintenance
Employee Engagement: • Coordinate employee engagement events (e.g. year-end party, workshops, meetings, team-buildings, etc.) • Administer employee welfare programs such as group insurance, medical check-ups, family events, transportation card, weekly healthy breakfast etc. • Assist to improve internal employee branding & related materials order • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by line manager & within HR and Operations Department
Others: • To assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management • Coordinate with external IT team to set up IT materials (company mobile phones, iPad, laptops) • Supporting management of user accounts and the access (IT & Security)

[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] • Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP system • Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, good problem-solving skills with strong sense of responsibility, able to deliver accurate and quality work • Proficient communication skills with internal and external business partners • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality • Able to handle multiple projects with accuracy & deadline • Good command of both written and spoken English • Minimum 2+ years relevant working experience with administrative knowledge
